The Holloway Tyre Service is proud to announce its maiden voyage into playing live. The Tyre Service will be playing the Marine Club in Vancouver, Canada on Sunday March 28th. The Service is on first, followed by two fine bands:

The music page has been fixed! (Someone was complaining about it not working...) so I fixed it up, with some help, and got the css kinda working. There is even a couple of taster demo type thingys in there. Once I've got the drum kit and managed a recording session, the new songs should be coming up on this here site. We've added the old angloCanadien site to the back of the Holloway Tyre Service. angloCanadien (which MUST be spelt with the capital C - I was learning javascript at the time...) was a band that existed for about a year up to May 1999 when everyone went in different directions. The sites got some great photos and is somewhat typical of the 'i was in a band' type of website. It does have a still-cool front page picture rollover random swapping thing. Some new songs are on the way! I am working on about 6 - 8 tracks to be released on this very site as a downloadable EP. This includes 'Queries' which was recorded way back last summer and is still waiting to be finished, 'Jolene' which features about 10 singers, and 3 songs just recorded and awaiting drums. I am in the process of purchasing a drum kit, paid for after selling off loads of stuff from my house on Ebay. A quick and rough demo of one of the tracks, provisionally titled 'goodbye', is available here.
